MEMORIAL DAY PARADE 2020INFORMATION

Parade Participation Form

WHEN:   The parade is on Monday, May 25th, 2020 at 10am.
                Please arrive by 9:30am.

WHERE TO GO:   Arrive on the corner of Oak Ridge Rd and                                            Route 116 at 9:30. The parade will end at the                                      Exceptional Children’s School, followed by a short
                              ceremony where we play the Star Spangled                                          Banner and Taps. Hot dogs and soda will be                                        served at the ball field following the ceremony.

WHAT TO WEAR:    Parade dress is black pants on the bottom,                                           and white shirt on top.                                    Wear comfortable shoes – it is ok to wear                                         sneakers. No sandals or flip-flops.
                                             
                                  Also pay attention to the weather – it can get                                        hot standing in the sun during the ceremony.
                                  Dress appropriately so that you are                                                        comfortable. Wear sunscreen!!

GRADE INFORMATION:   Your attendance and participation at this parade will count as a playing test grade for the 4th quarter.
If you are unable to attend the parade, a parent/guardian must email me with a phone number so that I may contact them if necessary. 

After I have received confirmation from a parent/guardian I will send an alternate assignments for you to complete:
                                               
                                              

**Rain Plan**

In case of rain, the band will perform at the Croton Falls Firehouse. 
Arrive at 9:30am
Ceremony starts at 10:00am
