Please pull up from the Bloomer Road Entrance and drive toward the Band Door along the building. We will have piles of instruments organized by grade level.
6th grade pick up - 8:45 - 9:30 7th grade pick up - 9:45 - 10:15 8th grade pick up - 10:15 - 10:45 HS pick up - 11:00 -12:00
These time slots are a guide, not an absolute. We will start handing out around 8:45 am. Families can come at any time slot but try your best to use the schedule provided. Some families have 3 students in the program and don't need to come back three times.
We ask that you don't get out of cars and we will have Mr. Austin along with Custodians helping. Open your trunk and we will put the instruments in as you stop your car and then you can head out through the main entrance toward June Road!
